I’m not exactly sure about my schedule yet, when would be the right time to contact you?

We strongly advise reaching out to us early during your event preparation for three reasons: 

1/ We’ll create an option on the date and will warn you when we have another request on the chosen date. 

2/ We’ll give you food for thought regarding your ideas to implement our services into your event. We’re used to complex schedules with many variables: other providers, weather, reality on the ground…

3/ Our quotes can be marginally updated even after you’ve signed it (time changes, extra light or sound equipment), depending on availability. The details of the repertoire, playlists, as well as speeches or surprises (which are often determined late) can be discussed at later stages without any issue.

I’m not planning my event in the South of France. How far would you travel?

No worries! Our team, if available, frequently plays outside the region, sometimes going to Paris or even Switzerland! Our transportation fees are anticipated and included in the quotes we send you. No last-minute bad surprise.

What do I have to worry about for my event to welcome a live music performance?

You only need to ensure that the place accommodating your event allows such performances to take place. Their internal rules of procedure can include some constraints about some hourly or loudness limits for instance. 

In any case, we make sure together that those are compatible with your project.

We can deal directly with the owner/manager about these aspects and logistics in general. 

Let’s say I want to book you, how do we proceed?

1/ First, let’s make sure that our services will add the value you’re expecting for your event, before we send you the final quote for signature.

2/ After an advance payment of 50% of the total amount previously agreed upon, staff and equipment will be fully booked for the chosen date.

3/ The final invoice will then be sent to you and will be due before your event takes place, including any added features that you’d have required in the meantime.

All payments are done via bank transfer to our company’s French bank account.

Do I have to take care of the meals for your team?

You don’t have to! By default, our quotes consider that your caterer takes care of the band’s meals, because most of the time that’s what benefits you.

If for one reason or another you prefer not to have to deal with it, we can take care of it on our side for 18€ by artists.
